Yip Pin Xiu wins a gold and silver for Singapore but she only gets $100,000 for her effort??? So unfair! Just 10% of a summer Olympics gold worth a cool $1million. It’s not even matching up to a summer Olympics bronze reward of $250,000. Is she even rewarded for the silver she got??

She, who is a  Singapore-born citizen, deserve to get $1million at least, if not, even more, for her effort.  Not a miserable $100,000. What is this?? Discrimination?!? She not only won the medals, she even broke 2 world & paralympic records at her heats. Shouldn’t she deserve better treatment than the Singapore PRs who won the silver medals? They trained hard, she also trained hard, and even harder as she has her physical defects.

I hope Ah Gong knows how to treat her right! She is the nation’s pride at this moment in time.
