Good news?

Today my lead say got good news for me..but since only 99% confirmed, she cannot tell me yet. So secretive, diao people wei ko. Hm.. I guess what kind of news will qualify as good news to me …
1) Promoted to the administrator role aka pay raise/more work
2) Contract changed to be permanent.
